Refund Policy

At EzyTint, we are committed to providing high-quality administrative support for New York window tint medical exemption documentation. Because our services involve significant time, labor, medical coordination, and document preparation, we maintain a strict no-refund policy, as outlined below.
1. No Refunds on Completed Services
All sales are final.
Once a service is purchased and work has begun—including document review, medical provider coordination, or preparation of any materials—no refunds will be issued.
This policy is necessary due to the time-sensitive and specialized nature of our process.
2. Refund Eligibility After Three (3) Unsuccessful Attempts
A refund will only be considered if:
EzyTint completes three (3) full submissions
All supporting documents and medical reasoning are updated each time
The New York DMV Medical Review Unit denies the exemption all three times
If, and only if, all three attempts are unsuccessful, EzyTint will issue a full refund of the original service fee.
This is the only circumstance in which a refund will be granted.
3. Additional Attempts Beyond Three (Optional)
If the exemption is denied three times and the client chooses to continue pursuing approval:
EzyTint will continue assisting
Additional submissions will be prepared at $20 per attempt
This fee covers updated medical documentation, revised reasoning, and resubmission work.
Clients are not required to continue beyond three attempts.
4. Our Success Record
While the refund policy exists to protect customers, it is important to note:
EzyTint has never had a client denied a tint exemption after more than two attempts.
This reflects our thorough preparation, strong documentation process, and experience with the DMV Medical Review Unit.
5. No Refunds for Customer-Caused Issues
Refunds will not be issued for delays or denials caused by:
Incomplete or inaccurate information
Failure to provide required documents
Customer non-responsiveness
Attempting to submit fraudulent or altered medical records
Vehicle-related issues or compliance problems
Only DMV-based denials count toward the three attempts.
