These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the EzyTint website and services, including the preparation and processing of window tint medical exemption documentation. By accessing our site or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 
1. Service Description
EzyTint provides administrative assistance in preparing, organizing, and processing documentation required for window tint medical exemptions under New York State regulations. Our services include assisting clients in gathering required paperwork, reviewing documents for accuracy, and obtaining the medical provider’s signature as well as their official medical license certificate, both of which must be submitted to the state.

Clients understand that EzyTint does not issue or approve window tint exemptions. All final decisions are made solely by the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) Medical Review Unit.

If the DMV Medical Review Unit denies an exemption request, EzyTint will resubmit the application up to three (3) times at no additional charge, using new medical professionals, updated documentation, and enhanced medical reasoning when appropriate. Although EzyTint works diligently to strengthen each submission, all final determinations remain exclusively with the DMV Medical Review Unit.

 
2. Eligibility
To use our services, customers must:

Be a New York resident or seeking a NY-based exemption
Provide accurate and truthful information
Submit valid identification, vehicle registration, and any required medical records
Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of service.

 
3. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Submit legitimate documents
Follow New York tint laws and DMV requirements
Respond promptly to requests for additional information
Avoid using the service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information are the responsibility of the user.

 
4. Processing Time and Limitations
Estimated processing times are listed on our website, but actual times may vary due to:

Document completeness
Customer response time
Medical provider availability
State processing delays
Order volume
EzyTint cannot guarantee how quickly the DMV Medical Review Unit will review submissions.

 
5. No Legal or Medical Advice
EzyTint does not provide legal or medical advice. Medical recommendations must be issued by licensed medical professionals. Legal determinations are made solely by the DMV Medical Review Unit. Our role is strictly administrative.

 
6. Fees and Payments
By purchasing a service, customers agree to pay the listed price. Payment is for administrative work and document preparation, not guaranteed approval. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

 
7. No Guarantee of Approval
EzyTint cannot guarantee:

That your exemption will be approved
That the DMV will accept specific tint levels
The speed of DMV processing
Any specific outcome
All approvals or denials are made exclusively by the DMV Medical Review Unit.

However, clients should be aware that even if there is an initial denial, after resubmissions and updated medical documentation, we have yet to have a client ultimately denied.
While past results do not guarantee future outcomes, this reflects our strong success in preparing complete and persuasive submissions.

 
8. Privacy and Data Security
Personal and medical information is handled in accordance with the New York SHIELD Act and our posted Privacy Policy. Use of our services constitutes acceptance of that policy.

 
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, images, and service descriptions, is the property of EzyTint. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

 
10. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:

Submit fraudulent or altered documents
Interfere with website operations
Reverse-engineer or misuse any part of the website
Use our services for illegal or misleading purposes
Impersonate another individual
Violations may result in termination of service or legal action.

 
11. Limitation of Liability
EzyTint is not liable for:

Denied exemptions
Delays caused by the DMV Medical Review Unit
Issues arising from incorrect information supplied by the customer
Damages caused by misuse of submitted documents
Problems involving third-party websites
EzyTint’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

 
12. Changes to Terms
EzyTint may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
